Return Policy
Returns & Replacements
We want our customers to feel safe knowing they can return their items. If you are not happy with your purchase, please note the following:
- Georgia Horseback must be notified of all returns in advance. Please email us at info@georgiahorseback.com if you would like to return an item.
- Regularly priced Items can be returned within 15 business days of the shipping date for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the merchandise (shipping cost is excluded.)
- All sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a credit. All sales are final.
- Expenses for shipping the merchandise back are paid by the customer, unless the reason for exchange or return is due to an error by Georgia Horseback (e.g. shipped wrong item/color).
- For refunds, you will be credited upon receipt of the returned product. We refund the price of the product, including taxes, but not including shipping.
- For exchanges, a replacement order will be shipped out once the goods to be exchanged have been received.
- All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unwashed & unused with no signs of wear. Please include a quick note on the invoice explaining why you are returning and send it back along with the items to be returned to:

Returns Policy Summary
- Merchandise must be postmarked within 15 days from date shipped
- Merchandise must not be worn, used, altered or washed and returned in original undamaged packaging.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. (Note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.)
- Sale items may not be returned for refund, only exchanged.
- Exchanges are based on product availability.
- Please keep a tracking record to make sure we receive the return.
- Any COD returns will be refused.
